Do I have to include a personalized message?

No. You can order a Basic Cosmic 2×4 and write your own message.

How does the personalized message work?

Upon ordering the 2×4 you will enter up to 160 characters (including spaces and punctuation) into the personalized message box. Maximum of 5 lines. After the order is placed we will prepare a written proof and email it to you for your confirmation. Once we receive the confirmation we will put your 2×4 into production!

How many characters can I use for my personal message?

Up to 160 characters including spaces and punctuation. Maximum of 5 lines. The message will be centered on the 2×4.

Any restrictions on my personal message?

The spirit of the Cosmic 2×4 is to help or honor someone. Unsavory language not in the spirit of the Cosmic 2×4 will result in a request to you for a message change.

Can I change my personalized message after I’ve placed my order?

You may change content one time and formatting one time before proof approval. .

Can I include graphics in my personal message?

Not presently. Look for graphics at a later date.

How long does it take to get my Cosmic 2×4?

We ship USPS First Class and should be delivered within 1-3 days after the 2×4 is completed and delivered to the Post Office. Order fulfillment takes 1 – 2 days after order receipt and/or personalized message confirmation and approval.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are included for individual 2×4 orders. Shipping rates vary for orders of 2 or more. Please contact us for pricing.

Can I track my Cosmic 2×4 order?

Yes, through the USPS as you will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I send my Cosmic 2×4 with a personal message as a gift?

Yes, just select the Gift check box and include your gift message and we will include your message in the package.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No, please use the website.

How do I check the status of my order?

You are notified of each step from order acceptance to shipping.  If there seems to be an inordinate amount of time between emails please contact Customer Serivce. You will receive an email for:

  • Order acceptance
  • Personalized message confirmation and approval
  • The date shipped along with tracking number

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty if you cancel before your personalized message proof has been confirmed by us and receipt of your approval. If you cancel your order after you approve the proof, you will be refunded the purchase price of the order minus a $10 art charge. 2x4s that have already been produced and/or shipped may not be canceled.

What is the production time?

24 – 48 hours after order receipt without a personalized message and 24 – 48 hours after personalized message approval. In either case dleivery to the continental US should we 1 – 3 days after production.

Is rush production available?

Rush ordering is available for an additional $25. Extra shipping charges may apply. If you need rush production, please contact customer service with your delivery requirements so we can calculate rush charges.

Where do you ship to? Who is the carrier?

For now the continental US via USPS First Class. If you want to ship outside of the continental US please contact customer service with your delivery requirements so we can calculate charges.

How do I track shipping?

You will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note, USPS emails are not sent until the close of business so you will not receive the email until the evening of your scheduled ship date.
